FAQ's

Do you offer bespoke design packages?

Yes, we are more than happy to discuss bespoke packages to suit your business and needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer any design services not listed on your website?

We try to cover all the design services we offer but with so many to list its not always possible. If you notice a design service you require but its not listed, please feel free to contact us.

Do you send original documents/model files with the final handover?

This depends on the type of project and the clients requirements. We don't send out 3D models as this in not included in the price of our CGI's but for any other queries please contact us.

Do I need to proof my work before final handover or printing?

Yes! We're not perfect and sometimes errors occur so we will always send a draft or proof which should be checked by the client/consultant. Any issues not picked up prior to final handover or printing may result in additional charges, so please make sure you check all drafts and proofs.

Does my work have to be displayed on your website and social media pages?

We are very proud of the work we do and enjoy showing off the results, however we fully respect that some of our clients may wish to keep their projects private. If you wish to keep your project off our website and social media pages please let us know at the end of the project.

Do you hold projects on file?

Yes, we keep all the work we do on file for up to 2 years. After this time frame we will delete the file if the client has not returned. If the client uses our services regularly we will hold the files indefinitely.

How long are quotations valid?

Design quotations are valid for 1 week. Quotations that include printing services are valid for 48 hours.

Do you offer discounts and bespoke packages?

We price projects fairly and on a job to job basis which means in some cases we are able to offer small discounts. However like any other business we have running costs so we will kindly turn down work where we don't feel the price matches the service.

Do you offer freebies?

No, unfortunately as much as we would like to, every project we do costs us in staff wages, software and bills.

How does payment work?

Once the final handover has been completed we will send an invoice for final payment. If for any reason we have been asked to proceed with the design, and there is no response from the customer for more 10 days during the design process, we will issue an invoice for the work completed. Please refer to our invoice for our payment terms and date due by.

When is payment due?

The payment due date is always displayed on our invoices. Please be aware that any late payments will incur charges as stated on our invoices.
